Thought Leadership & Innovation Foundation Galvanizes Executive Leadership
The Thought Leadership & Innovation Foundation (TLI) has reshaped its executive leadership team with the appointment of Shawn Murphy as the new executive director and Dr. Fred Cecere, board member and former executive director, as TLI’s Senior Fellow.
Shawn is a seasoned leader and certified Project Management Professional with an impressive history of driving organizational growth in information technology and services industries. Her responsibilities as executive director will include developing, implementing and ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of the organizational core systems and administrative services that support TLI’s mission, vision and values.
Fred is an experienced physician with expertise in bio-defense planning, disease management, performance metrics, process redesign and outcomes measurement in both commercial and federal healthcare settings. He will lead the TLI Fellows program and serve as liaison to the Advisory Board, working with each Fellow—all recognized innovators in their respective fields, pursuing implementation of a common mission through either an active contract or a project in our Innovation Hub.
The Innovation Hub is a pipeline of innovation projects and a product/service line development team responsible for identifying technology partners, stitching technologies and methodologies together for robust solutions and developing service lines and internal tools.
