The First National Registry Transforming Care for People with Limb Loss and Limb Difference.

The Problem

Until now, there was no national system to track treatment outcomes, evaluate technologies, or identify disparities in care for individuals with limb loss and limb difference. This critical population has been underrepresented in data-driven healthcare, leaving patients and providers without the insights they need to drive better decisions and improved outcomes.

The Solution

The LLPR fills this gap by collecting and analyzing patient care data from across the country, creating a secure, de-identified, and demographically diverse resource. By linking surgical, rehabilitation, and prosthetic outcomes, the Registry empowers care teams, informs research, and supports health equity. LLPR enables hospitals, clinics, and manufacturers to benchmark performance, identify trends, and deliver care that is evidence-based and patient-centered.

Are you counted yet in the Limb Loss and Preservation Registry? Your story matters. Joining the LLPR is a vital step in ensuring that the voices of those with limb loss and limb differences are heard, guiding improved care and innovation. Let’s unite to make every experience count and drive positive change. Discover how you can contribute and the benefits awaiting you.

Whether we’re referencing an individual patient’s outcomes data to talk about the progress they’ve made since their last visit, using that same information to discuss therapy goals with their PT, or aggregating it with a large amount of other patients’ data to look at which type of foot, for example, improves mobility most in our K3 patients - it’s all in service of better patient care.
